Such questions should include (a) how long has the technician performed or how many mother's have they performed 3D/4D ultrasounds (technicians claiming years of experience typically are only accustomed to the 2D realm which is totally different and more difficult to obtain quality images), (b) how long have you been in business (just because the company is part of a franchise does not mean they've been open as long as the franchise), (c) is their Board Certified physician a radiologist and is he/she located in the state they operate (OB Physicians are not qualified to complete a full report as a radiologist. In addition, their medical oversighnt should be in the same state of the business, Florida). Your time and your experience with your family during your pregnancy is important and valuable. Using the GE Voluson 730 for all of our ultrasounds allows us to deliver high quality 2D, 3D, and 4D images with a superior resolution when compared to other ultrasound machines on the market.
6. Our Return Policy
Our #1 goal is to provide all our clients with the best possible 3D ultrasound and 4D ultrasound of their baby. However due to several factors, it's not always a guarantee that your baby will be cooperative on your first visit. If we are unable to obtain pictures of your baby, our commitment to you is we will bring you back at NO CHARGE within one week to try again. Our success rate of obtaining quality 3D/4D ultrasounds of your baby during your first visit is 99.9%. The remaining of our clients have to return. However, because we have been the first facility to offer 3D/4D ultrasounds in Central Florida, we have acquired extensive knowledge and experience to assure you that we will obtain quality 3D/4D ultrasounds you deserve within your first visit. Most other facilities lack the experience and will charge an additional fee if you'd like to come back.
