Such questions include the duration of time they have been in busy, if they are a franchise, the technicians experience (be specific and ask how many months/years they have in obtaining 3D/4D ultrasounds), is their Board Certified physician a radiologist and is he/she located in the state they operate (i.e. Florida), how many ultrasounds have they performed, what is their success rate in obtaining quality photos within the first visit, TRUE samples of the 3D/4D ultrasounds they have captured (many facilities use stock images provided by the franchise). Our large, private ultrasound room with a 72" viewing screen will make you feel relaxed and right-at-home. Our ultrasound room is spacious, comfortable, relaxing; a family environment that allows everyone to enjoy an incredible bonding experience like no other with the unborn baby. Using the GE Voluson 730 for all of our ultrasounds allows us to deliver high quality 2D, 3D, and 4D images with a superior resolution when compared to other ultrasound machines on the market.
6. Our Return Policy
Our #1 goal is to provide all our clients with the best possible 3d ultrasound and 4d ultrasound of their baby. However due to several factors, it's not always a guarantee that your baby will be cooperative on your first visit. If we are unable to obtain pictures of your baby, our commitment to you is we will bring you back at NO CHARGE within one week to try again. Our success rate of obtaining quality 3D/4D ultrasounds of your baby during your first visit is 95%. The remaining 5% of our clients have to return. However, because we have been the first facility to offer 3D/4D ultrasounds in Central Florida, we have acquired extensive knowledge and experience to assure you that we will obtain quality 3D/4D ultrasounds you deserve within your first visit. Most other facilities lack the experience and will charge an additional fee if you'd like to come back.
