This program is designed based on physiological and anatomical changes that occur during pregnancy. Using cardio, body weight and resistance bands at a low to moderate intensity will help moms feel better and derive optimal benefits during their pregnancy. Each woman's pregnancy is different therefore our program will consider the needs of each individual and adjust the program to fit their needs. The goal is to maintain or improve overall fitness, strength and flexibility through a safe and comfortable fitness program.

Postpartum Fitness
This program is designed based on the physiological and anatomical changes that occur during and after pregnancy. Using cardio, strength and core training at a moderate to high intensity will help the post partum mom feel better, look better and be a better mom! Depending on the need of each individual or group, this program will consider the effects of pregnancy on each individual and focus on restoring their bodies back to their pre-pregnancy condition.

Our trainers bring years of experience instructing both pre/postnatal clients. Our trainers are certified personal trainers by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America with specific certifications in prenatal and postnatal training. In addition, our trainers are youth certified trainers and are both advocates of fighting childhood obesity. They are passionate about keeping our youth fit and healthy.
If you are interested in keeping in shape during your pregnancy, our trainers are ready and willing to make your pregnancy a fit pregnancy. We offer both personal and group (3 to 5 members) sessions two days a week (Tuesday and Thursdays). Please call us to check for availability for our next schedule training sessions.
